GraveCarePros provides a directory connecting families with independent professionals offering memorial maintenance and restoration services. We do not provide these services directly and are not a party to any agreement between you and the professionals listed in our directory.

3. Professional Listings

Professionals listing their business on GraveCarePros agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. GraveCarePros reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its sole discretion, without notice, if we believe the information is inaccurate or violates our standards.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GraveCarePros be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GraveCarePros, even if GraveCarePros has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
